Apparel stocks or textiles? I had some cousins of mine in the textile business down in North Carolina. It got really bad down there some years ago. Mostly in the 90's but I think it peaked around the end of 2000. Took at least another decade plus to right itself.

I know North Carolina was king...and pretty sure they rebounded. Actually, North Carolina is a leader in furniture manufacturing as well...especially Highpoint(history there of).
