Thats chump change for Elon Musk. But impossible for Henry. If Henry had that kind of money he would be crazy to do a buyback anyway. The money would be MUCH better spent on KOTA or 5G.

oh...right...right...the loans. Anybody that thinks that ANY lending institution would lend anybody that only made $5000 last year a billion dollars should hustle on over and buy a couple million shares of HPIL...oh wait...you can't...ok then waste your money on PHIL instead.
