If companies can reduce their taxes from 21 to 13% before this bill, just think how much they're going to make after it. No, this is a scam. munchkin got what he wanted, complete removal of anything legit in the way of long term climate control amongst other lightening of pollution rules. Asshole wasn't against the money taxpayers were spending for this, he's against what his corps were going to spend with more regulations against them and an enforceable tax above 20% because the language was in there to crack down on his companies. It's no longer in the bill. He also said he personally killed the build back better bill as well. I don't believe you will see the capital tax changed in any appreciable way if at all. That was one of his complaints.

Biden and the dems were not going to bend on a terrific bill that would have paid for itself like Biden said, then munchkin got all his cuts and clucked that HE got it to pay for itself.
