Rather surprising that others haven't mentioned this actually.

Certainly the buyer won't, lol. I've seen this type of action on big board stocks but only very rarely on pinkies. I can only guess that someone has seen the potential and come down to pinkie land to play.

It should be quite interesting to see this play out. The 5 day LRC is now starting to lean upwards a bit, he'll probably be forced to let it inch up some soon if he plans to accumulate more.

I have managed to gather a few shares just above him on the bid a couple times. Waiting and watching here.

Oh, another very interesting situation- NVMG, in case you haven't noticed that one.
