I completely agree that it is not dilution. I myself have played the spread in a similiar way. They put up a large amount on the ask in this case 2.5 million. Which makes people think that it is not probable that this will move up without some serious buying pressure. So they become impatient and sell on the bid in this case .008 to .0085. The seller or sellers sell a few shares at .009 at a profit and turn around and pick up the shares at .008 to .0085. Until some buying pressure comes in they continue to keep it in this channel. Accumulating shares as they patiently wait until this takes off. Eventually they will acquire all the shares they want at this PPS. It appears that we are close to that point now as the spread is really tight .0005 difference. In my opinion we should start to see a gradual rise in the pps as it appears they have acquired all the shares of people willing to sell at .008. So now they take it to the next level perhaps .01 to .009... Rinse and repeat... Until some catalyst makes the PPS jump. IMO this will continue until we receive that catalyst... This is just my opinion of course!!
