I don’t think scotus will handle wddd case by end of July as they are on recess till October next term. Believe if they are going to consider wddd it will be announced in the fall and then they will have the rest of the next term to hear & act. The final result would likely be announced by next June. Hope it happens earlier. If they accept wddd case it would be an indicator they are working to clarify the legal issues . That will draw attention to wddd and will be reflected in a significant pps rise.this could raise the pps well over a dollar.
