Although I think you may get your buyback price there is no assurancd. I don't have enough shares to flip like that or I may have tried it. All my shares long and the tax rate for me would be break even if they partnered or got buy out and my flip shares after selling taxes would have eaten up any short term advantage of the flip. Just my own strategy. Too each there own way. Having a core is the only way to flip this one IMO. I wish I had that type position.
