Also add a reduction to the A/S for investor confidence. 2 billion leaves more room for dilutive games then it does for legitimate financing.
I'd love to see some form of share reduction that does not include a Reverse Split. No matter how confident Terry is this is still OTC land and R/S are always in play. Hope not but........
