I like processes and procedures. That is why I think Thompson should have implemented the processes and procedures used at HQ over at Prodigy in 2019, instead of waiting until mid-2022 to start using them. It is precisely his failure to implement needed processes and procedures that led to failures and setbacks and slowdowns at Prodigy, that I am unhappy about.

Why aren’t you unhappy about this, too, given your appreciation of the importance of proper processes and procedures?
