Another attempt by Jake Noch, the 22 year old "CEO," to sell some stock. His S-1/A is obviously a fail:

Claiming over $300M of "accounts receivable" from "licensing" music rights. Guess the services aren't ponying up what he thinks he should be paid. After that fail, now he's going to "merge" into a stinky pink shell that doesn't have any money to give him for his "company."

Pretty sure his last adventure was IFLM sometime in 2020.
