Why do you feel "I fully believe a very good deal will happen here at some point"?

What is the "too much working for this shell"?

Why is it "its too valuable to let die"

Just because it sold for over $400K while other shells sold in the $100K range doesn't mean anything at the moment. The only thing that matters is that it is trading at TWENTY THREE PENNIES.
