Why did no one mention the Q1 Quarterly Report filed on 6/30 (6 weeks late)?


Why aren't more investors excited about this???

For those shareholders who may be concerned about the dilutive effects of the exercise of any of the warrants that the CEO gave himself when his long overdue loans were made fear not.....they expired years ago.
