The record is crystal clear.

DBMM broke the filing statutes and then in subsequent attempts to file, had MANY mistakes which Corp Fin's outlined and suggested changes for. DBMM at first IGNORED most of these requested changes. Then decided to address only SOME of the needed changes. To this day, the "Super 10K" has NOT been amended to the satisfaction of Corp Fin's, as per recent SEC filings: the Petition for Review and the Brief given for that petition.

The Div. of Enforcement has outlined step by step how DBMM broke the filing statutes. Then outlined how DBMM fought each instance of Corp Fin's requested changes to the problems in the filings.

On the other hand, DBMM's attorney simply outlined the EXCUSES that DBMM claims justifies their actions in ignoring the statutes and Corp Fin's/Enforcement's requests.

It's amazing that DBMM continues to ignore and fight the agency that governs all companies trading publicly. It's hard to imagine ANYONE being surprised that DBMM has been relegated to the dregs of the market (pink) and then prevented from trading in the US markets.

When DBMM signed on and registered their securities for trade to the public under Section 12, they agreed to abide by the rules set forth. Instead? They IGNORED the filing rules and did what they damn well pleased.

They are now discovering the folly of their ways.

They deserve any punishment (including extension after extension) that the Board dishes out.

Period.
