Well they do say that their technology is patented in the U.S. and cleared for marketing by the U.S. Food and Drug Admin. I might be missing something, but it seems to me they'd be good to market and sell the product in the U.S. Maybe Puriblood is keeping things close to the vest now, because this is non-binding. Maybe they go with another shell? Who knows? I'm not aware of them having another non-binding LOI out there, so I'm not sure. I'm just thinking that maybe they're holding back on the site until audit is completed and this is an official marriage, if that does take place.
