I am holding back any excitement I have because I do believe this will go through and this company badly wants to breach the America's where 60-70% of the blood filtration money is coming from. I think they need to add on their website, as to be clear, they are FDA approved. Otherwise, that would be a huge limiting factor and probably would not help this deal as they wouldn't be able to sell in many places.

Right now, the PR's says what it says and we will see about the LOI.
