CVS is_leaving_its HQ building_in San Ramon, CA, but the corporate HQ is staying in CA (for the time being).

While CVX is moving numerous employees from CA to TX, they don't want to unduly piss off the bureaucrats in CA, who can still cause headaches for the company.
