First of all no r/s has been announced at all, yet you and others suggest it is a given. Secondly, the point of a r/s, if they were going to do one, which is not a given, is uplist so that they can get more institutional investors. The notion that they have none appears to be false though they are not, that we know, major mutual funds because they typically can’t invest in these sub-dollar otc stocks and even if they do, not during certain reporting periods, and lastly, some types of funds that do invest do not need to report on OTC stocks this size and given the likely size of their likely investment.
