July 1st and beyond may be when new millions get in. I'm suggesting this because Institutions only must report holdings that extend over a quarter. An institution watching NWBO could see tremendous potential in the next quarter and even if by the end of the quarter NWBO still didn't belong in their portfolio, could sell at the end of September, then buy back in in October. I believe the MM's are more than happy to work with Institutions looking to operate in this way.
While I'd hope that we get the Journal this month, the Institutions may still select to wait for July 1st to get in big time, even if they pay more to do so. In the end, when we're on a major exchange and selling at high single digit or double digit prices Institutions will hold more of NWBO than individual investors. I suspect that a year from now over 70% of the shares could be Institutionally owned if all 4 regulators have approved by then, which I believe they will.
