As I said in earlier postings, that $27.5 million is not 22% of the settlement. That number includes the legals, costs and interest. How much those debits are is up to conjecture, but I would think they aren't more than 25%, so that would put the settlement right between $90-100 million. That is a lot closer to the real number than the billions pumped by the clubhouse. The only problem is that if that 25% is close to valid, that is extra money taken out of any remainder available for distribution to the shares. As long as the exact settlement number is not released, this revealation does not violate the NDA. So we can treat it as a little gift to put the clubhouse in its place.
