The troublesome one is a new one that popped up in the recent filing of Earl's testimony posted by imp. It describes an entity named IPVDV, which is owned 100% by Billy. This entity predates the sale of Chanbond to UOIP, and was a signatory within the original deals between the inventors and IPNAV. It appears that this entity would be Billy's claim to a % of the settlement, not any of his post sale company creations. If so, he may use that entity to defend anything he has taken from the settlement. What IPVDV is about is a little grey from the filings, but we may hear more about it in the future trials.
