What Lebby told the world is:

1. We have no idea when we will book revenue; but when everything starts rolling watch out!!!

2. We have no partners; Sorry to disagree, we have so far 7 foundry partners working with us... and 2H22 is right around the corner. Commercial deal right afterwards

3. We have no jvs; Again, so far we know of 7 foundries.... and you bet there are quite a few Tier1s HUNGRY for Perkinamine in their products

4. We have no licensing deals; and

5. No foundries have agreed to partner.
