DD I listen and back you. What you said is spot on. The poster you mentioned (an admitted member of the Wolfpack, see below) and the many like him, are only doing this because they are incentivized to do so. It’s a game to them. They have no regard for our brothers and sisters who struggle with this awful disease because they don’t accept that what they are doing is inhumane. It’s just a job to them. It’s not unlike war criminals who killed/tortured innocent people in hordes and while on trial at the Hague claimed they were just doing their job and blamed colleagues.

When you have no scruples you can justify any of your actions. The problem for them is the world may see it differently and hold them accountable.
