Sharp is hinting that they will be spanked for going that route and I definitely believe he has the law on his side if he goes that route.
George wouldn’t be George unless he was threatening to sue someone. Just like with those custodianship cases in Washoe that he didn’t win - those lawyers were accusing him of filing frivolous lawsuits and had mentioned about suing him for attorneys fees to teach him a lesson. Some day that might happen. From sending nasty threatening emails to calling and threatening people and leaving messages on answering machines or tweeting for some guy to put a gun to his head and kill himself - he has quite the arsenal.
I think the attorneys lining up at the gate must see something other than a frivolous case. And obviously the SEC did weigh in on a problem with the BLOCKS ETX - so was that a frivolous claim from them?
Plenty weighed in on that one change.org about George’s behavior on HUMBL - so something obviously went down.
No to mention George did resign early on.

So plenty to work with - and discovery just might uncover things they would rather not have discovered - like trading records during the pump phase. Were they selling and not telling?
I always wondered why Rob Luna bailed - other than for the HUMBLNATION addicts hounding his twitter account. At first impressed with their love for the stock but then realizing they were stalkers. Never really liked that guy - actually thought he was more an opportunist using the HUMBL FANS.
