Yea, I really believe it. From my law background, I consider it a frivilous lawsuit. Sharp is hinting that they will be spanked for going that route and I definitely believe he has the law on his side if he goes that route.

I think that Search 3 will be big. This is new tech that a few are attempting to develop, but Foote seems to be in demand on speaking tours. I think he has the goods. Even if he were an also ran, the opportunities are substantial.
