In regards to Dr. Joseph Cotropia losing his license. Liken it to leaving your keys in your vehicle, your idiot friend notices the keys are in there and takes it for a joyride which ended with him committing a crime while in possession. Dr. Cotropia made one mistake and that mistake was not having a keen enough eye on a woman that worked for him. It was his responsibility as the owner of the clinic to ensure his subordinates were minding there P's and Q's and one wasn't. Joseph Cotropia wasn't guilty of committing the actual crime, he was guilty of not noticing another person was. He is an incredible man, and he found himself in an unfortunate situation where someone he was supposed to trust took advantage of him. (They stole the keys to the truck and made some messes)
