Bc he created the science of the Clone 3 HIV cure which the govt & Fauci (yes this is a verifiable fact not conspiracy) tried to claim ownership of in a court case some 20 odd years ago that they subsequently lost to Joseph. We all know why they came after him years later with trumped up bs charges with his clinic.
