Um, the execs have fiduciary duty to disclose significant transactions. Surely selling a distributorship, more than 7 weeks ago, is one of them. It would take less effort to notify the public of this than it did for them to put together the infamous "we have no dilution PR" just weeks before the dilution took place!

Or pinhead-Chandra could take 15 minutes away from twitter and type of the announcement. Not too difficult really, for anyone half competent to do!

Sorry, the excuse is weak. If these exec-idiots can't do their job, maybe they should let others take their place! If so Joseph Cotropia might be the most at risk being that his medical license was taken from him! Who else would hire him? lol
