I don't know anything about SIGA, but on the long term chart it tested the all time high back in 2011 and that is significant. I don't know the circumstances for this run up, (there could be a component of a short squeeze), but on a short term basis there will be high volatility before it settles down. Breaking out of a multi year base indicates the fundamentals have shifted.
