Marjac, So your 'On the road Again' - hopefully this time aloud to cross the bars to the Supreme Court.

Maybe not a good idea to bring the matter of Lobbyism up at this time.

It is Logical that if you ask responsible personnel at the courts, any influence apart from Law - from outside will/has to be denied.

But knowing how big Lobbyism in fact is in USA - you cant help but wonder if a word or two from a number of Congressmembers might 'somehow reach' the Clerks in charge of the 'who get through the the 'eye of the needle' to enter the Court.

In the end I suppose we just have to hope - that at this 'The Top Level of Law in America' - it truly is the Law - and the Case - and nothing else that decides who is aloud In'. Trust that 'no degree of 'lobbyism' (the nice layout) reach this high up in - what should be the highest impartial morals of the land.
