Roberts has a lot of responsibility for this. They could have simply refused to hear the case. If Roe is overturned, there won't be lawsuits. There'll be further attempts to write new state laws that permit abortion. And contraception and all the rest that the crazies will try to outlaw.

And doing that will take time, because the Dems will need to get serious about running for state and local offices.
