I get that there is a problem between the two sources. And I get your opinion, but I'm just more inclined to think they he screwed up, and failed to change the status of the F's in the Articles.
And I am also expecting that if I am right on that, it will also mean that a R/S is coming if the merger goes through.
Guess we will see moving forward.
