Bring up the State SOS documents on the preferred and its hundreds of words. SEC has a couple sentences. SEC filings arent meant to show all aspects of the preferred, and in all honesty, this alone proves they can be misleading if not going directly to source documents. These preferred cannot be converted and what was implied was the total voting power of the preferred. Thats why I said vague and no factual data.
