I'm not certain that Reefrad understands what he thinks he heard!!! And if he did, the most positive takeaway is DI's comment (if he actually said that) that the investment/company is "DERISKED"!! The only way the investment could be DERISKED is if there's a deal to sell the company. Great TLD does not DERISK, only resulting RA approvals would DERISK to a certain extent, but approvals would have to be followed by manufacturing and marketing success!!!
I've spoken to DI a couple of times in the. last 2 weeks suggesting that a "patient advocacy" group approach to the New York state AG, might create an awareness on the part of law enforcement to at least investigate a billion dollar plus market cap take down in 1 trading day!!A blind man could see it in a New York minute!!! Several million shares shorted minutes before the presentation started, then a $.20 drop in SP with every slide posted!!! For 99.99% of all retail investors, the screen is the "validator" !!!
I'm not stating anything that everyone on this board doesn't know!!!, both longs and shorts.. My problem is that I'm long and the AF's of the world kicked my ass and I didn't even get a chance to throw a punch because the chicken shit politicians and regulators are hiding behind a system that's rigged for the big money players!!! If you're invested in Northwest and call your representative and explain what just happened, they'll say I'm sympathetic to your plight, but if I take this to the NY AG, I'll be bombarded with ethics violations. SO I'm 100% dependent on the company to fight my battle for me and I firmly believe that's exactly what the company is doing!! There are slime ball pigs all over the world and right now, Northwest is dealing with most of them!!!
In closing, I believe that the company thought it was necessary that TLD was released prior to ASCO and the NYAS was their last chance if the JA wasn't published. Simple as that!! I hope that law enforcement will wade into this battle and stop these egregious acts of SP manipulation that hurt so many people in the process!!!
