It seems clear that LP went forward with NYAS without any idea how long it will take for the journal to come out. It’s without a doubt a complete bonehead move. The previous commitment to time data release with a journal has been a complete lie for the last 20 months. They will pull out of ASCO if journal is not out and the indefinite quiet period will drag on. They are winging it
