you have not only IP addresses being used that were the same between the 2 canadians and chong and the prior CFO
the metadata for certain PR's were seemingly authored by the two Canadians. They stated they knew nothing of Chong initially and it's obviously there was insider trading going on. Whether Chong or the company was involved in 1 thing but they had insider information, were given shares, and traded.
