Correct, but now they can move forwards because that is written up. Much easier to get the financing now that there is an agreement on the table.

I just hope we hear about it way before November.

November isn't necessarily "immediately" however they have moved fairly quickly given tpt's track record and dealing with public sector...

Still, it would be nice to have this project funded in the next month or so. (Which it sounds like it should be) based on the initial pr
