Have to wait for updates through 8-K . Klug owns a lot of shares and Klugs friends owns lots of shares . I would think that Klug is doing everything in his power to get this stock trading again . He purposely put into expert to protect his assets . I think all the court issues are behind him and are resolved . Mission accomplished, I think his next mission is to find the safest logical route to get SNDD tradable again .
