Unfortunately for us patients , yes., very few know about it.
And I don't think they really can advertise to much , FDA will close them..

Few years ago there was a very good dietary supplement , Anatabloc.
Strong anti-inflammatory ..people were posting all over in how many conditions they are helped.
One day FDA said , if it is treating diseases , it is a drug , cant be OTC , you must remove and do studies.

It was a small company , no money , so they just went under.

That's what I am worry here..
