Rett is a very different disease to PDD and AD.

That we have seen good results in Rett is clearly worth more confidence in the outcome in other indications, than if the Rett trials had failed.

The PDD trial was relabelled a Proof of Concept around its readout time and we know, aside from any fantasy theories, that we are awaiting the initiation of PDD and PD P3 trials.

As an investor I of course have the reward of Anavex becoming a SIGMARCEPTOR platform company in sight, but don’t necessarily think A2-73 alone is a platform drug. Hence we have A3-71 in planning plus a few others named in the pipeline chart.

There used to be considerably more busy pipeline chart on display, but clearly too illustrious even for Missling to keep displaying.

At least I have no idea what this SIGMARCEPTOR platform consist of, is it waporware, a software simulation of molecular biology interactions, a molecular screening tool etc. who knows, I don’t have anything to help me put a value to that.

As an investor, I shall adjust my view on platform potential when we have data to support it.
