I don't believe that KT Tape or DonJoy are going to launch a "big scale marketing campaign." Why would they have delayed this long?
I think KT Tape and DonJoy look at their ActiPatch products as a cheap diversion where "if it takes off, great, let's pursue it, if not, oh well, not our problem." They haven't spent much and they don't intend to spend much, IMO.
Imagine the sales meetings at KT Tape and DonJoy when they get to the topic of ActiPatch. Sales are not robust. Q4 was dismal. "Keep it or kill it?"
