The sad thing though IIB, IMO, with all that is happening most people will go with the tried and true pain relief method they are already used to, and what their doctor tell them to use.

It takes money, resources and time to push a new product into the market. Even though BIEL and Actipatch has been around for sometime there was never a major marketing campaign to promote it, and OEMs just signed on recently.
