What is not correct is the narrative of failures only. If that were the case, the company would not exist. But the fact is, they have continued to grow. They even expanded during the pandemic and are coming out wonderfully on the other side with many opportunities going forward.

This is a growth company with limited resources, and they are hitting $10M plus a year in revenues and will hit that 10th milestone location soon enough.

The partnerships they are now focusing on are directly impactful on the core strength for synergy.

Having been part of many start ups over the years, there are always growing phases and ideas that change after trials and tribulations. They are on a great direction and path at this point, the focus is stronger and I choose to positively support the effort.

When I want to give constructive feedback, I give it directly to them. Which I do.

I've had plenty of conversation with management, I choose to provide a positive outlook and solutions for the actual situation vs sheer critical rhetoric based on limited information and assumption.

If one wants to 'attract new investors' it doesn't start with a 100% negative outlook.
