Trial results are commonly presented at conference, like ASCO, with similar or more restrictive access. I do believe that TLD will be issued prior to the technical presentation, but Dr. Liau's presentation will be considered as peer reviewed, so after it the company can discuss it, and it can be posted on their website, it's no different than other similar conferences IMHO. I don't know that the Journal is going to be available for free either, I don't believe it is. Once out once again I believe the company may be able to put it on their website, they certainly will be able to discuss it.
I do believe that the TLD statement should be out prior to Dr. Liau's presentation, but it might be done with a release the morning of the presentation, the same may be true of an update of Clinical Trials. The company knows what it's doing, this is well planned and whether the Journal is out prior to ASCO or not the company will be positioned to discuss what's been presented at the Experts Theater. Frankly I'm uncertain if they can webcast directly from the Experts Theater, or if that has to wait, it would be governed by ASCO rules.
Only the presentation on Tuesday has been formally announced by the company, releases should come out for TLD, for the presentation at the Expert Theater, and for the Annual Meeting in the next couple weeks in addition to first quarter results which I believe is due by the 15th, that's a lot of news after over a year and a half of quiet.
