And the company has done exactly what you wrote. They have disclosed five days in advance that LL is speaking about the P3 trial. They sent out the press release via the PR Newswire that goes out to every news service on the planet including Yahoo and Bloomberg. The PR is also now on the front page of Northwest Bio’s website for any interested party to access.

The PR cites that Linda Liau will be speaking (please note, this is the first time that the company has ever PR’d that LL is speaking anywhere) “About the Phase 3 Trial of DCVax®-L for Glioblastoma… At New York Academy of Sciences”; and it additionally offers a link to the presentation to anyone interested in viewing her presentation.

So the company has disclosed what LL is doing in a very public manner… I’m sure after they thoroughly vetted the entire process with their very qualified SEC legal counsel. If anyone is interested in learning what LL has to say “about” the P3 trial, they have certainly been given plenty of advance notice and the instructions as to how to go about signing up to for the event.
