Putin is an example of an authoritarian who was able to defeat his country's Constitution, specifically Article 3 (4).

Trump tried to do the same to our country however, (unlike Russia's) our system worked.

Don't get me wrong, I'm no Biden fan. While I voted for Biden (like I had a choice?) I'm firmly in the disapproval category when it comes to his performance in office.
