Barrick may have had a lot to do with writing some of the judgements on Pascua Lama and paid to force feed it to get judgements go their way. I had posted on this prior, but to say the World Central Bank (which does not exist) controls all the banks of the world is, well ,rather totally incorrect.

Phyllis Emery of CMN may have penned some of these Pascua Lama judgements on behave of Barrick. She was instrumental in the Lac Minerals deal I believe as well as making the Mineral exploration part of the package.
