I know of the IMF and World Gold Council but not of the CENTRAL BANK OF THE WORLD.
Each self governing country has a central bank that sets currency trades and values on its own currency but I know of none that sets the currency values as well as monitoring on these from a World Central Bank.
I heard lately that Barrick was looking for directions to get to the Alternate Universe where all things Pascua Lama are much different then here on good old Earth.
Their intent is to stop any and all information from filtering to Earth.
