It is a week or so after they tie up the lose ends. We may be there already with the loose ends taken care of. Not sure anyone really knows. That would have to be a material event that has not been disclosed yet. This is speculative that they will be done this week.

Just spoke with Daniel who confirmed that the company is under new management and that a shareholder update is forthcoming in a week or so after nailing down a few remaining details--GLTA
