from what i read imo

I doubt he is actually selling shares to fund the twitter deal but using them as collateral for a loan may be. Look what happened when he had to sell to pay his tax bill

Not sure when the details will come out about the funding sources or when we (small public TWTR shareholders) get to hear the details and timeline
