With the manufacturing model basically in place and just waiting an announcement of certification the last nail is in place and ready to be pounded in. The worst nightmare for some would be if owners of NWBO stock would become buyers instead of sellers for at least the first 3 days after news. Imagine what that would do to the price even with small amounts of additional buying pressure instead of selling ; ). Best wishes.
